The Professorship of Regenerative Energy Systems is headed by Prof. Dr.-Ing. Matthias Gaderer. We deal with innovative approaches for the energy sector. The core area is the utilization of biomass or residual materials. Furthermore, we work on sustainability assessment and technologies for emission reduction.

In our laboratory and technical center, we have equipment and sufficient space available to practically deal with energy-related issues. In close cooperation with our partners from industry, research and public institutions, we are dedicated to shaping a sustainable and green future.

We pass this passion on to our students at the TUM Campus Straubing.
