From 29.03. until 31.03., the SBT spring seminar took place. At 29.03. we started the day with a hike around the Schliersee. After a bavarian lunch meal we continued with a personal tour through the experience destillery Lantenhammer followed by a small tasting. We stayed at the Alten Wurzhütte at the Spitzingsee. On the 30th of March, the scientic part of the spring seminar took place, where various themes and the focal points of the professorship were discussed. After a short detour in the Spitzingsee area, we drove back to Munich on the 31st. We look back on a succesfull seminar!
