Membranfunktionalisierung von Enzymmembranreaktoren im Nanomaßstab für asymmetrische Synthesen

Polymerbasierte Nanokompartimente mit verkapselten Enzymen können als Enzymmembranreaktoren im Nanomaßstab genutzt werden. Eine Reduktion der Stofftransportlimitierung durch die Membran ist durch das Einbetten natürlicher Kanalproteine möglich. In dieser Arbeit wurde das sehr begrenzte Repertoire funktional in Polymermembranen integrierter Kanalproteine um sechs Proteine erweitert, die sich für den Transport von Substraten für die asymmetrische Synthese chiraler Alkohole eignen.
