The maximum abstract length is 200 words.
The language for the conference is English.
As part of the submission process, your supervisor's approval is required. Please make sure to include your supervisor's e-mail address in the submission form.
The abstracts must follow the IEEE PES conference paper template in A4.

Poster Presentations
All accepted abstracts will be presented in poster format during the poster session of the conference. The full conference program will be available by September 29, 2025.
