Vita

Bernhard Lutz received his diploma degree in electrical engineering from the Technische Universität München in 2007. From 2007 to 2010 he worked as a scientific assistant at the laboratory for high voltage technology at Technische Universität München, Germany, and received the Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.E.E.) degree in 2011. Since 2010 he performs a post doctoral program at the Tsinghua University at Shenzhen, China, where he is doing research on the performance of outdoor insulators under extreme environmental conditions and pollution.
