Vita

Bastian Lewke received his Dipl-Ing. degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from the Technische Universität München in 2004. From 2004 to 2008 he was PhD-scholar at the Laboratory for High- Voltage Technology and Power Transmission of the same university and in the Renewable Energy Systems and Instrumentation Lab of GE Global Research - Europe. His interests were focused on lightning protection of wind turbines and EMC/EMI tasks. In 2009 he received the Dr.-Ing. (Ph.D.E.E.) degree. From 2008 until 2009 he was working as Associate at boardeleven Management Consultants in Berlin. Since 2009 he is working as Technology Owner at Siemens Wind Power A/S in Denmark.
