• Public registration will open on 22 August, 2025 and close on 14 September, 2025.
• Invited guests will be able to register until 21 September, 2025.
• Registration is free of charge for:
  • Authors of accepted papers and posters
  • Officially invited guests
• Remaining spots will be filled, subject to availability
• Important: For a paper to be included in the official proceedings, at least one author must register and attend the conference 

Social Activities 

We warmly invite all registered participants to join our social activities. Participation in both evening events is included with registration, but prior confirmation is required through the registration form. If you have any dietary restrictions, please indicate them during registration. 

• Day 1 - Networking Reception 
  A networking event will be held on the first evening of the conference at the conference venue. This reception provides an excellent opportunity to meet fellow participants, exchange ideas, and grow your professional network. Finger food and cold drinks will be served.
• Day 2 - Conference Dinner
  On the second evening, all participants are invited to a conference dinner. Enjoy a memorable evening of good food, conversation, and networking. 

More details will be shared closer to the event. 

Housing Program 

We are pleased to offer a limited Housing Program free of charge for participants who reside outside Munich and plan to attend the conference in person. As part of the registration form, applicants will be asked to provide a short justification explaining their need for housing assistance.

Please note: due to limited capacity, we cannot guarantee free housing for all applicants. Priority will be given based on the registration/student status, availability and strength of the justification provided.

Further On-Site Support 

• If you do not have a Deutschlandticket, we may be able to provide local public transportation tickets for the duration of the event. Please indicate your need in the registration form.
• A poster printing service may be available for participants presenting posters. If you're interested in using this service, please check the relevant option when registering. More details will follow. 

Optional Activities 

We are currently planning optional activities, such as lab tours, as part of the technical program. These activities will be confirmed closer to the event date, and advance sign-up may be required. If you want to participate, please indicate your interest in the registration form.
