Information for Authors

  • Each paper must be submitted via the conference management system.
    • The maximum paper length is six pages.
    • The language for the conference is English.
  • The papers must follow the IEEE PES conference paper template in A4

  • All papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
  • A list of topics (including but not limited to) can be found in the Call for Papers (downloadable above).
  • Accepted papers must be presented in person at the conference to be published in IEEE Xplore.

Paper Presentations

  • All accepted papers will be presented orally throughout the technical sessions of the conference.
    The full conference program will be available by September 29, 2025.
  • Please use the PESS 2025 Presentation Template to prepare your slides. The presentation template can be downloaded here.
  • Each presentation should be 8–10 minutes. A good rule of thumb is about one slide per minute.
  • Please note that presentations exceeding the 10-minute limit might be cut off.
