The Open Energy Modelling Initiative is a grass-roots organization of modelers from various research institutes, universities and companies, who meet twice a year during workshops to discuss issues such as transparency and open data. The 7th workshop will be hosted by the Chair of Renewable and Sustainable Energy Systems of the Technical University of Munich and will take place on 12-13 October 2017, with an optional tutorial day before on 11 October 2017.
