Growth factor purification strategies for the production of cultivated meat
In a combination of upstream and downstream processing, a new continuous and economical purification strategy for recombinant proteins is developed. Here, a selective innovative silica-binding peptide tag is used, which enables the use of cost-effective stationary phases.
